Ever wonder which cities have had the most new lows so far this year? I’m sure this one has kept you up at night….
Actually I wanted to see if I could get a better handle on pricing leadership in specific markets. Unfortunately I didn’t really come up with an answer for that question, but I thought the chart below was interesting never the less.
The list shows those city pairs with the greatest number of new lows (in any advance purchase bucket). You’ll note that Atlanta is in 6 of the top 10 markets.
