The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Gordon Bethune has advised Delta creditors to pass on the latest US Airways bid to merge with Delta.

US Airways put out a press release this morning announcing an increase in its original offer to buy Delta. The new offer is said to be valued at between $12.7 to $15.4 billion dollars.
