Northwest Raises Airfare 2% between U.S. and CA

North American Airfares are distributed by the Airline Tariff Publishing Company (ATPCO) Weekdays at 10am, 12:30pm and 8pm Eastern Time.

Air Canada Raises Fares by 2.5%

This evening Air Canada raised fares by 2.5%. This is Air Canada’s sixth attempt to increase fares this year. Each previous attempt was ultimately rolled back.
The increase applies to 160 of the top 1,200 markets.
United Airlines matched Air Canada’s increase in the same 160 top markets.

Delta Also Limits Inventory on Expedia

The Beat is reporting that Delta has also pulled back on tickets sold via Expedia. Like American, Delta is apparently only selling domestic coach tickets now on Expedia.
This change does not affect the Expedia Corporate Travel (ECT) program. Delta continues to offer all of its tickets on ECT.
